Common Questions
Who does pilates?
Everyone can benefit from a pilates regimen! Pilates clients come in all shapes and sizes; most are between the ages of 30 and 50, although there are clients as young as 13 and as old as 84. A few clients are professional dancers and dance students.
What if I am not in shape?
Most of the people who start to take pilates are seeking fitness - that's why we exist! Remember, everyone has to start somewhere, and pilates classes are small which allow you to work with an instructor at your own pace.
Is it enough to do pilates only?
Unfortunately, no. You still need to manage a healthy diet, reduce stress, and do aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week, such as brisk walking. |
