New to pilates?You are welcome to make a consultative appointment before starting the Tom Smith Pilates program. For maximum results, two to three classes a week is ideal - twice a week minimum. Usually one will begin to see and feel dramatic results after ten sessions. Of course it also depends upon your own needs, desires, age, and level of fitness at the outset. As far as clothing, clients typically find it easier to wear somewhat form-fitting clothing. Traditionally, pilates are performed in bare feet or socks, so no special footwear is required. |
