One of the most versatile pieces of equipment, the Trap Table (also
known as the Cadillac), employs swinging bars and springs, giving
it the appearance of a trapeze. Movements performed on the Trap
Table isolate the spine while improving coordination, flexibility,
and stamina.
The following exercises are only a few of the hundreds of movements
that can be performed on the Trap Table.

Roll Downs
This is an advanced move that can be modified for beginners.
Roll Downs articulate and increase flexibility in the spine
as it rolls into, and out of, the mat.

Inverted Pull Ups enhance flexibilty in the upper spine and
establishe placement in the trunk while strenghthening the
upper torso, shoulders, and arms.
